The Audace Survey IT platform provides a measure of the relationship with customers in real time.

 The innovative and unique aspect on the market proposed by Mikaline’s Audace Survey for financial operators, is represented by the possibility of comparing the relational framework built on the opinions expressed by its customers, with the measures of the “colleagues” (or competitors) relatively at average values, at best and at worst.

The Operational Tools

The platform collects the interviews through the CAWI method. The basic questionnaire is standardized to allow subsequent comparisons with other financial operators from a Customer Experience Management perspective, but can be customized with the addition of other questions, with complete flexibility of settings.

The invitation to fill out the questionnaire to the end customer can be sent via text message or Whatsapp, or by sending an email to the customer’s address.
