THE PREMISE

Important leading companies in the window production and sales sector want to digitize their business processes, aiming at an optimization of the sales department and a consequent increase in sales.

Mikaline professionals think of a model of approach to digitalization by immediately taking into consideration the prerogatives of the sector and above all the operational contexts of companies that do not have control systems and digital planning

ANALYSIS

From the “experience” campaigns aimed at customers, aspects of profound excellence emerged in the value chain of companies in the sector.

The internal relational dynamics, on the other hand, present poorly structured organizational situations. To conclude the analysis, the companies have mainly shown deficiencies in the management systems of the relationship with customers and especially with the potential ones.

RESULTS

The introduction of a commercial monitoring model through Mikaline’s Audace CRM digital platform (CRM), has led to a strong increase in the annual average of closing contracts on quotes provided (from 25.1% to 36.3% with the same amount of estimates issued).

On three large companies between September and November 2020, despite the difficult situation brought about by COVID-19, historic monthly sales records have been reached!
